Custom-Made Products
Certain products, including custom-made or made-to-order shoes, are crafted individually based on the client’s measurements, selections, or design preferences.
As these pieces are created specifically for each client, custom-made products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once production has commenced, except in the rare event of a manufacturing defect.
Natural variations in fit, finish, and appearance are inherent to handcrafted and bespoke production and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.
By placing an order for a custom-made product, the client acknowledges and accepts the artisanal nature of the process and the individuality of the final product.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled due to reasons including, but not limited to:

● Orders placed outside defined serviceable locations

If an order is cancelled after payment, refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
