Custom Order Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all custom-made footwear orders placed with Napoli Pelle.

1. Consultation & Order Confirmation

All custom orders begin with a scheduled consultation, either in-store, via phone, or through an online appointment. Production will commence only after final design approval and payment confirmation.

2. Production Timeline

As each pair is crafted on demand, production timelines vary depending on design complexity, detailing, and material selection. An estimated completion timeline will be communicated after the initial consultation and confirmed at the time of order approval.

3. Payment Terms

Clients may choose one of the following payment structures:

• Full payment at the time of order confirmation

or

• 50 percent non refundable advance to initiate production, with the remaining 50 percent payable prior to delivery or collection.

Production begins only upon receipt of payment as per the selected structure.

4. Non Refundable Advance & Cancellation

Custom orders are made exclusively for the client. Once production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

If a 50 percent advance payment structure is selected, the advance amount is strictly non refundable under all circumstances.

In the event that the remaining balance is not cleared within seven days of completion notification, Napoli Pelle reserves the right to retain the advance and release the completed pair for resale at its discretion.

5. Design Modifications

Any design changes must be requested prior to the commencement of production. Once production has begun, modifications may not be accommodated. Approved pre-production changes may affect pricing and timelines.

6. Sizing & Fit Responsibility

Measurements are taken carefully during consultation. In cases where measurements are provided remotely by the client, Napoli Pelle is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect sizing information submitted.

Minor fit adjustments may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of custom footwear, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In the rare case of a verified manufacturing defect, the pair will be inspected and appropriate corrective action will be taken at the discretion of Napoli Pelle.

8. Delivery & Collection

Upon completion, clients may opt for in-store collection, curbside pickup, or scheduled delivery. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics.
